Once the frame was all clean, I applied a few coats of primer and then began spraying the red enamel paint. This gets all the grease off of it which was applied to the frame to prevent the frame from getting surface corrosion on it while it sits on the shelf/ships. I started by cleaning/sucffing the frame with mineral spirits and some steel wool (I scuffed the frame with 600 grit sandpaper to allow the primer to properly adhere to the frame).

Over the next two weeks I’m going to be assembling the Azusa mini bike kit.
